Features
Everything derives from one definition of how money moves.
The eight movement types
Defined once, in one file. Every balance, KPI, report and forecast follows from this table.
Transactions
One central store rather than a sheet per month or year. Filter by type, category, account, person, amount range and date range; sort by date, amount or description; export any view to CSV, Excel or PDF.
Accounts
Cash, bank, mobile wallets, cards, savings and investments. Balances are derived from history, never stored — so correcting an old transaction rewrites every total downstream correctly.
Budgets
Per category, per month or per year, with a warning threshold you choose. Budget-vs-actual, progress, and alerts before you cross the line rather than after.
Loans and lending
Both directions, with partial repayments, derived status and over-settlement blocked. Borrowing raises cash and debt; it is never filed as income.
Reports and forecasting
Monthly, yearly, category, account, loan and budget reports for any period. Forecasts come from run-rate, history and known recurring charges — and say "not enough data" rather than inventing a number.
Imports and receipts
CSV, XLSX and PDF bank statements with duplicate detection and a staged review. Photograph a receipt and the details are extracted for you to check before anything is saved.
